A METHODICAL APPROACH

  • STAGE I : Evaluation of the Current Situation

    Basic inputs from the client team. Capturing and collecting all related inputs, documents & parameters for creating a basis for design modules

  • STAGE II : Preliminary Design & Planning

    After the inputs are approved & validated by the client, TechFour team initiates the stage of conceptual design/ layout (including important systems & equipments). This stage delivers all the possible alternative solutions incorporating different technologies. All calculations/ economics/ ROIs are being done at this stage. This stage gives output in forms of simplified diagrams/ flowcharts for the respective functions.

  • STAGE III : Detailed Planning

    After approval by the client, planning and concept is gradually developed into a final draft with all the technical requirements for the detailed design. This stage delivers calculations, assessment & technical drawings/schematics with economics and selection criteria.

  • STAGE IV : Detailed Design

    Detailed engineering is carried out along with the development of final layouts, design of all facilities and equipment, sectional drawings and schematic drawings.This stage delivers GFC's, Bill of quantities, equipment specifications, measurement sheets along with the commercial tender documents. As a special requirement by the client if any, we also provide the cost estimate on which the client can negotiate with different vendors.

    Post tender submission by vendors, we provide the actual cost analysis, assessment of technical parameters of the equipments and materials quoted and inform client for any deviations.
